Admitting Guidelines
Registration Process
- If you are visiting Shushrusha Hospital for the first time, you will be registered with a nominal fee of ₹75/-, and a unique Patient Registration Number (PRN) will be provided.
- Your medical record will be created using this PRN and preserved securely, ensuring confidentiality.
- The PRN allows quick access to your medical records whenever you need to consult a doctor.
Admission Charges and Deposit
- At the time of admission, patients must pay a ₹100/- admission fee along with the required deposit.
- Patients opting for cashless services need to pay a Security Deposit of ₹5000/-, refundable after the final settlement from the TPA.
- Refunds above ₹10,000/- will be issued via cheque within 10-15 days.
Billing Process
- Interim bills will be generated every alternate day for better financial transparency.
- Shushrusha Hospital strives to ease your financial concerns by providing a billing estimate before procedures, wherever possible.
Doctor Visits and Emergency Charges
- While admitted, patients will be charged for a maximum of two doctor visits per day from the same specialty.
- Emergency charges apply daily from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and for the entire day on Sundays and National Holidays.
ICU/NICU Admission
- If admitted directly to ICU/NICU, the default billing category will be Semi-private AC, unless specified otherwise.
Personal Belongings
- Patients and their relatives are responsible for their valuables. The hospital will not be liable for any damage, loss, or theft.
Hospital Premises Guidelines
- Bringing outside eatables into the hospital premises is strictly prohibited.
- Flowers are not allowed within the hospital premises.
- Children below 10 years are not permitted in the inpatient area to maintain a calm and safe environment.
